Hair Body & Soul always strives to make things better for our staff, so, 3 years ago, we implemented a program called "Summit Salon Program".  This is a series of systems for all areas of the salon that ensure we are doing things efficiently to create the absolute best experience for our guests!  These systems also help our service providers to learn, faster, better, and smarter. 

Our industry has changed a lot over the years and is finally being recognized as a professional industry where service providers can make a great income.  This is why, at HBS, you may see or hear us refer to Levels; everyone has goals to attain and, when they do so, they have the opportunity to jump to a higher level.  This means that our service providers all charge different prices based on their achievements, not necessarily their years of experience.

Your appointment is a commitment of time we make for you.  Therefore, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation so that we may try and accommodate other clients :)
